A personal health story

What you can explore

Use the parts that help you; you do not have to track everything.

Log moments

Record symptoms, pain, episodes, and what was happening around them. Add details or follow up when it’s useful.

Keep daily context

Track routines and care such as sleep, activity, hydration, caffeine, medications, and treatments.

Review over time

Look through saved entries, trends, and patterns. Prepare a focused summary for a care visit when you choose.

Talk with Navi

Navi can help you reflect and organize what you want to log. She is not a clinician, and her replies can be imperfect.

This is an early beta. Screens or features may change, and some behavior may vary by phone. Your feedback helps us improve it.

Getting started

A few things to know before installing

01

Device requirement

The beta is an Android phone app for Android 11 or newer. The watch app is not part of this download.

02

Install the update over the app

When you receive a newer beta, install it over the current app. Avoid uninstalling first, because that can erase records saved on the phone.

03

Keep a private backup

Automatic cloud backup is not available in this beta. You can export a backup in Settings → Data & backup, then store it somewhere secure. Export before changing or replacing phones.

Your information

What happens to your data

Beta request form: The website sends only your name and email through Web3Forms so we can respond about access. Web3Forms states that submissions may be stored for up to three years; the request is also delivered to the support inbox. Please do not enter health information in the form or email.

Health records: Saved records are kept in the app’s encrypted database on your phone. This beta has no account-based cloud backup. A backup or doctor summary leaves the phone only when you choose to export or share it.

Optional online features: Some features, such as weather and public health-reference lookups, use online services and send the information needed for that request. If you enable a connected support-person feature, the information needed to send its alerts is shared with that service and recipient.

Use a phone lock, keep exported files private, and review the app’s own privacy explanations before enabling connected features.

A few quick answers

Frequently asked questions

Will the watch app work in this beta?

No. The downloadable beta is phone-only. Watch installation, watch readings, and phone–watch syncing are not available to testers yet.

Does CompendMeum diagnose or monitor emergencies?

No. It helps organize information for reflection and care conversations. It does not diagnose, determine what caused a symptom, or provide emergency monitoring. Contact a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

Will my records move automatically to a new phone?

No. There is no automatic cloud restore in this beta. Export a backup from Settings → Data & backup and store it securely so you can restore it on another phone.

Do I need to log every day?

No. Log only what feels useful. The app is meant to support your own pace, not add pressure.

Built with people, not just for people

Help shape what comes next.

We’re building a lower-pressure way to capture the details that can be hard to remember or explain later—especially when symptoms are unpredictable.
